That’s why we carry out approx. 50 audits annually in our specialized departments, a VdS-supervised audit once per year and a new certification audit every third year. Thus we bring quality and working life demonstrably in tune.

For us, the basis for our success as a brand is the aspiration to give the highest possible quality and customer satisfaction. An annual customer satisfaction analysis carried out by an independent institute gives us decisive information on whether any improvements need to be made. Thus, over time our proven quality management system has become a live component of our daily work.
