There are numerous fire protection difficulties during controlled emergency evacuations in hospitals. Because many patients can not move from the danger zone without outside assistance, the danger of panic here is especially high. Furthermore, evacuations here use considerably more time than in other objects. Valuable time which can also delay the extinguishing of a fire by the fire department. An individual fire rescue concept which creates suitable escape routes and simultaneously optimal conditions for the fire department to fight the fire should prevent this.
